Epidemiological and ecological data suggest that sleep duration and circadian rhythms are closely related to metabolism and energy balance. This symposium will address the importance of sleep in regulating how much we eat, how much fat we store, and our susceptibility to adiposity-related comorbidities. We’ll cover topics from basic science to therapeutic implications.
