Order your Abstract Book

Please note that abstract books should be pre-ordered during registration for $40 each. A limited quantity will be available to those who register on site. Abstracts are also published on this website and the app after the embargo lifts.

No Program Books

Printed program books will not be available for the meeting. In place of the program book, you will have access to the schedule online, in a meeting app, and in a printed "Schedule-at-a-Glance".

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation or refund requests must be received by email or traditional mail by October 5, 2018. Refunds requested on or before this date will be granted, minus a $50 administrative fee. Requests after this date will not be honored.
